I suppose this is my official welcome. I'm already confused out of my mind, because I don't know what the "External URL:" box is supposed to be filled with, maybe the "External URL"...but that confuses me even more. Since I've got awhile, let me break it down.
"External: Relating to, existing on, or connected with the outside or an outer part; exterior"
"URL: uniform resource locator"
All I can get out of that is, if I'm missing a uniform that I wear on the outside of my body, I have to contact the resource locator to help me find it. A damn lot of good that does me. I mean, I don't even know who a certified resource locator is, let alone where I can GET certified. I suppose I could look in the phone book. Intriguing. I wonder what would happen if I typed a random statement in the External URL box. Will a kindly gentleman in a uniform jump in from the bottom of the screen and help me locate resources outside the computer?
