Hey hey. Hopefully I can think of articles to post on here fairly regularly. If not, suck it. I'll probably write about movies I like, stuff I'm thinking about, or just anything. So here I am!
And the stupor it induces

I came home from school early because I felt like crap. I admit it was better than being at school, but daytime TV sucks big time. Maury is the worst I've seen, but I've seen seen enough Springer to see THE worst. Today's episode was "I had a 1 night stand, the baby might not be yours" or something like that. I'll tell you what, that was the biggest collective group of train wrecks I've ever seen. These women wonder why their boyfriends cheat on them?!? 500 lbs. and they dress like they're 100.

It was like a revelation. What thought process do those people go through that reaches a conclusion of "Well we're going to Maury, he'll solve our problems." Break up on your own time, I want shows like Rocko's Modern Life, Angry Beavers, and Bugs Bunny back on TV, no matter what the channel. Kids can learn a lot from a wallaby, a steer, and a turtle.

I agree, daytime tv sucks azz but I like to watch the cartoons expecially Rocko's Modern Life, I love Rocko--->He's kind of sexi but hey, that's just me, I'm psyhco! I see fairies! I was wondering how old you are too, I kind of intrested.

I deliberately stay away from Springer et al.  I don't like to be constantly reminded of the stupidity of some people..I see it enough up close and personal on a daily basis, I don't need to 'entertain' myself with it as well.  I watch TNT when I'm pottering around the house cleaning..ER, Law and Order and NYPD Blue are all on during the day.

I LOVED Rocko's Modern Life and Angry Beavers!  I even liked CatDog and Real Monsters.  There just isn't a cartoon that appeals to me like those did anymore.  I liked SpongeBob but he's getting old now..I think that Courage The Cowardly Dog is prob'ly my fave these days.

Well, much needing, I'm going to have to expose this ugly lie I've been hiding: I'm under age. It was almost 6 years ago that was I was celebrating the double digit birthday.

There needs to be some kind of petition to bring back all the good old shows. Garfield/U.S. Acres, Doug, Rocko, Angry Beavers, Tiny Toon Adventures, Bugs Bunny (on Sat. mornings, mind you), and more Simpsons. In fact, make an all Simpsons channel. For as many years as it's been on, it deserves it's own channel.

We should also get rid of shows like Daria, Rocket Power, Chalk Zone, Wild Thornberries, most every cartoon on the Disney Channel, and the epitome of sinner's television: Rugrats.

Damn this all to hell. Stupid shared computer thing.

To clear up confusion, the above post, made by one "cyphr" was really done by me, apdelong31. Apparently, this computer doesn't sign him out of his account and I didn't see who I was posting for. Bastard just got 5 points.

I couldn't agree more with this.

But I actually enjoy Jerry Springer, occasionally. People are SO stupid and funny to watch. Sometimes though you have to wonder are these actually real problems, or losers jumping at the chance to be on T.V.? I saw one Spinger episode where the guy was actually living in front of his ex girl friend's house hoping she would take him back. He had no clothes and lived in a cardboard box on her front lawn. I think she could have simply called the police and they would have removed him. Then again some problems like "I had a one night stand, and the baby might not be yours" are actually real and could happen. I'm pretty sure for the most part the shows are made up by someone with a really weird way of attracting audiences and when the shows become to unrealistic they throw in something that could actually happen. As my uncle says when its on "This is how not to grow up" and I dont think any one can argue with that one.

Very Very true...although Springer is funny sometimes...but Maury is pure evil...he just makes people cry and rewards them for being paraded around...lol. I DO agree that they need to put the good ol' cartoons back on...just so you can relax and pick up those sweet childhood memories again...

Yes I do agree Springer is so stupid. Ok, lets get up to like 600lbs and go on a show where we're only going to get humiliated. As for Maury. I watch that show sometimes, but only if it's the ones about people who have survived tradgic(sp?) injuries. I couldn't agree more with you about bringing back all the old cartoons. Have you ever seen Ren & Stimpy? Omg! I love that show. I think it used to be on Nickelodeon. They took it off a couple of years ago. I also like Tiny Toons, Rocko's Modern life, Angry Beavers, and Doug. I sometimes see them in the morning, if I feel like getting up that early. i don't see why they even show shows like Wild Thornberrys. It's so stupid, i mean, oh wow, so what she can talk to stupid little animals. So what. no one cares about that, besides all of the "physically" little kids. I'd have to say that Chalk Zone is the worst one of them all besides rugrats. It's so gay and stupid. have you guys ever seen PB&J Otter on Disney Channle? I swear, if you could have a dumber show then that one. I mean come on, they have a song about noodles along with a dance, and they're blue. Who's ever heard of blue otters. I haven't. I'd have to say that the only cartoon I like on Disney would have to be The House of Mouse. I mean who doesn't like mikey mouse and all of them. I practically grew up with them. Cat Dog is another good show too. Welp I'm outta cartoons to name and my little brothers are fighting so I think I should go break them up, don't ya think so? hehe

Unitll next time,

Also...another case in point, they have the BIGGEST sluts on there, metephorically and literally, they weight 1,000lbs. and sleep with over 14 people or more in just a 2-week period...a guy a day...lol

I don't Springer, simply because its sickening to watch these just swear and make themselves look foolish. Maury is just as bad, with hiss "Which one is babydaddy?" episodes. He seems to enjoy the crying and the yelling. Then he tries to comfort them. It's so phony. Theo nly daytime I watch occansionally is Dr. Phil and Oprah.

Where do they find these peopel?? I mean Spinger is about tweo steps down fron pronographic material! Com on like I want to see a 400 lb woman flashing everybody while fighting with her husband who has cheated on her! No wonder if she acts like tha out in public and if I was a man I would go find someone else to. Oprah is good but she is starting to get into the life stories of everyone and I can only watch so much of that. I used to remember that I would be able to come home everyday and watch Rocko's modern life. Now this has been a long time since I am at the ripe age of 15

Love Lots,
