Boy it's been awhile. Just catching everyone up on what's been going on, as if anyone cares. See that last sentence just makes me feel as if someone actually does care, and that gets me points with the shrink.
Anyway, this week kinda stunk. WAY too much to think about with it being the first week of summer break. Basketball camp mainly. I had my good days and bad, today was a pretty good day. I was doing so well until I landed on another guy's foot and rolled my right ankle. Still hurts like a mother. Just what I want at the start of summer, a nice limp.
Next week should be better though. My immediate family and me, my grandma, and my aunt and uncle are all flying to Scotland to carry out my grandpa's last wishes. I find it kind of stunning, as I grew up and still today I thought last wishes weren't much of an option by those who survived the deceased. Unfortunately, though, my other aunt didn't see it the same way. That's another can of worms. We'll be spreading the ashes Sunday or Monday, and spending the rest of the week in Northern Scotland (Inverness area). That should be interesting with 23 hours of daylight. I don't know if i'll be able to handle that. Sleeping will be fun.
Anyway, just some little nuggets about this past week.
